1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During sales periods or high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from shipment, depending on the destination. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or other causes beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your delivery at any time on our Track Your Order page.
5. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipment costs may be charged to the customer.
6. Damaged Packages
