1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, use our online withdrawal form at Withdraw from contract here — you will receive an immediate confirmation by email — or email us at info@dripplug13.com within that period, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Products that are dirty, worn or have odors will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipment, and for the products until they reach us — we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund returns that are lost in transit. The only exception is defective or incorrect products (see section 2), where Drip Plug 13 covers the costs as required by law.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard shipping, the extra cost of that option is not refundable.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at info@dripplug13.com as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of receiving it, including your order number, a description of the issue and photos or video showing the defect. Reporting the issue quickly helps us resolve it faster.
Once we review the evidence, we will confirm the resolution within 3–5 business days. If the claim is accepted, Drip Plug 13 will cover the return and reshipment costs, and you can choose between: (a) a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability; (b) a different product of equivalent value; or (c) a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs.
Replacements are shipped within 7–15 business days from confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
3. Legal Warranty
All products are covered by the legal conformity warranty applicable to consumer goods under Spanish and EU consumer law. If a product shows a lack of conformity, contact us at info@dripplug13.com and we will repair, replace or refund it as provided by law.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges between different products or sizes. If you want a different item or size, exercise your right of withdrawal on the original product (return shipping at your expense) and place a new order. To avoid sizing issues, please check our Size Guide before ordering.
5. How to Start a Return
1. Submit your request through the withdrawal form or email info@dripplug13.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with the return instructions and address.
3. Ship the items at your expense following those instructions (tracked shipping recommended).
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
